When we get to talk 'bout what the heart saying.. There been a symbol of heart everywhere.. But, what do we know 'bout heart. There just 'bout the matter of time before our heart threatened.. Rushing or stop beating.. We need a beating heart to be actually alive. So when the heart shattered to pieces - no difference from dying; dead walking. Once your heart broken, will you still keep it broken till the your very last breath your very last drop of blood - will you need a shoulder to cry on??

So, what's with the food. Would you waste your food when you are actually need foods to survive. To keep you alive. It won't be any matter whether you threat with delicious food or tasteless food - it'll still gonna keep you alive; it's about the matter of you choice - it is whether you're willing to sacrifice your very chance to keep on living rejecting food that impossible for you to consume. So, what it is about the food and you heart!!??


What would you know about the culinary and holistic?? A little magic on the kitchen would probably bring out the passion of every single consumers. Simple recipe yet full of love might reach your lover's heart. All of the ingredients in that recipes most probably ready in your pantry or refrigerator, or are easily gotten from your grocery store. The flavors you might cook shouldn't be too exotic to entice a little intrigue, ingredients not necessarily hard to find. Not only that but all the recipes must be heart healthy – because what is love without the heart?

Like every wishes in this world, different after another.. I love delicious food. So, I wanted to be someone who can cook for me!! It's rather impossible to have someone who can really express the love through food. May the wish come true!!
